HSEQ Policy


Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Policy

In steel structure fabrication and erection, as well as in chemical, gas and oil technology installation, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service.

To this end:

  • during the preparation of the work, we assess the potential risks that could affect the implementation and, accordingly, we specify in the contracts with the contractors the technical, quality and price content of the work to be carried out, the safety and environmental protection requirements,
  • during the manufacture and installation of steel structures and in the installation of chemical, gas and oil technology, we use raw materials that ensure the performance of the tasks specified in the contracts with our customers with the quality of Class I as defined in the relevant standards, that result in environmentally friendly use and that comply with the relevant technical, occupational safety, health and environmental protection standards, quality, result in environmentally friendly use and comply with the technical, occupational safety, health and environmental protection standards,
  • the manufacture and assembly of steel structures and the installation of chemical, gas and oil industry technologies are carried out and managed by our highly qualified and experienced staff, who are constantly trained in professional and safety skills, taking into account technological developments and changes in market needs,
  • for specialist work for which we do not have sufficient capacity, we use subcontractors who meet our quality, health, safety, environmental and health and safety requirements, whether set by the customer or by law, and who thus enhance our reputation.

Therefore, our processes are organised according to ISO 9001 and the SCC Regelwerk. As part of that,

  • we consider it essential to have and continuously improve the effectiveness of quality management, occupational health and safety management and environmental management systems,
  • continuous attention is paid to following and adapting to technological developments in the industry, and to fostering creativity, responsibility and safety awareness among employees,
  • we comply with the legal, standard, official and customer requirements relating to the technological assembly and manufacture of steel structures, with particular regard to occupational safety requirements,
  • the requirements of ISO 3834-2 are applied to ensure the quality of welds,
  • our steel structure fabrication and erection activities are carried out within the framework of a structured Factory Production Control System according to EN 1090-1,
  • we pay great attention to the prevention of accidents, occupational diseases, environmental and material damage, as well as to the identification of risks and opportunities related to work and the implementation of the necessary risk management measures,
  • we work closely with our subcontractors to ensure that the tasks we undertake are carried out efficiently, safely and in compliance with regulations,
  • analysing non-conformities and dangerous situations in order to identify measures to avoid their occurrence or recurrence,
  • during the preparation of production and assembly work, we identify situations that could lead to injuries, occupational diseases or environmental pollution, and we apply effective protection measures in line with the state of the art to prevent them,
  • we keep our processes under control to ensure that we deliver our contractual obligations on time, to a high quality, efficiently and safely.

All of our employees are aware that quality, safety and environmental awareness are key to achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction, which in turn enhances the livelihood security of our employees.
