Our quality and HSE Policy

In terms of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental aspects of our activities in industrial installation and the manufacture of steel structures we are guided by the following Policy Guidelines: - We identify in accurate details the technical, quality, cost, HSE scope and specifications of every assignment in our contracts with clients. - We only use materials in industrial installation and the manufacture of steel structures which enable us to complete each contractual assignment to first class quality as defined in the relevant standards, contribute to the protection of the environment, and meet the technical and HSE requirements of the client and the law. - We employ a qualified workforce with years of experience to perform and/or supervise the work processes in industrial installation assignments and the manufacture of steel structures, and we provide their technical and HSE training on an ongoing basis. - For other special projects, we hire subcontractors who meet or exceed our strict Quality and HSE standards, enhance our reputation through their performance, and subscribe to our HSE requirements. To underpin these efforts, we organize our processes and activities around Hungarian MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001, MSZ 28001 and Canadian SCC standards. Specifically: - We have set up and are continuing to develop a Quality and HSE system as a foundation for all our processes and activities. - We motivate our workforce to keep abreast of the latest developments in the use of new processes and materials, and to act creatively and responsibly. - We regularly evaluate the performance of our subcontractors. - We apply corrective and proactive measures to avoid accidents, remedy mistakes and prevent their recurrence. - We comply with the relevant requirements of the law, the authorities, standards and clients, with special emphasis on HSE regulations and expectations. - We design our manufacturing and installation processes with a view to identify the relevant risks, and to prevent work related accidents, material and environmental damage, and/or minimize occupational and health hazards. - We keep our processes under control so that they stay HSE compliant. We endeavour to prevent damage and injury to our workforce and third persons, such as subcontractors and visitors. We take preventive measures to reduce the health and safety risks to the workforce through the use of adequate personal protective equipment, safe practices, and ongoing HSE awareness training. All of our employees know that knowledge of and compliance with Quality and HSE rules helps to keep our clients satisfied, and contributes to their own welfare and job security.
